ORLANDO - UCF Women’s Golf heads to Melbourne, Fla. to compete in the Moon Golf Invitational for the eighth straight year. Located at the Suntree Country Club and hosted by the University of Louisville, the event will take place Feb. 15-17. The Knights finished ninth in the tournament last season.
The Knights opened the spring season with a third place finish in the UCF Challenge, aiming to extend a current streak of five consecutive fifth place or better finishes.
The Knights enter No. 15 in Scoreboard’s ranking. The Black and Gold will compete against Alabama, #8 Auburn, #13 Duke, #5 Florida, #24 Florida State, Louisville, LSU, #14 Ole Miss, #16 Mississippi State, NC State, #18 South Carolina, #22 Tennessee, #9 Texas, #6 Texas A&M, Virginia, and #7 Wake Forest.
UCF’s lineup for the Moon Golf Invitational features Mila Jurine, Pimpisa Sisutham, Molly Smith, Tiffany Tsai, and One Kashima. Kinga Kusmierska will compete as an individual.
The tournament will be three days with 18 holes played per day. The Suntree Country Club is Par 72, measuring 6443 yards.
