ORLANDO — The Knights tee off the spring season finishing third in the UCF Challenge Presented by PDI, shooting 15-under-par.
The Black and Gold complete the tournament posting 849 (-15), nine strokes behind No. 7 Auburn and five strokes behind #18 Mississippi State.
Mila Jurine finished the UCF Challenge in second place, her third top five finish of the season. Jurine with two-five birdie performances the last two rounds sparked an eight-under-par score.
Pimpisa Sisutham was not far behind, finishing the first two rounds each with a score of 69 (-3), led by a bogey-free second round. Sisutham closed the tournament scoring 71 (-1) in round three to place seventh at six-under-par.
Molly Smith entered round three tallying five-over-par, but a five birdie outing to log 69 (-3) in the final round placed Smith tied for 30th with two-over-par.
Jamie Camero in the debut performance of her Sophomore season made an early impact, going bogey-free through the first 17 holes of round one. Camero concluded the tournament tied for 47th five-over-par. Tiffany Tsai tied with Camero, spotlighted by her five birdie performance in round two to finish the round two-under-par.
One Kashima and Kinga Kusmierska competed as individuals to open the spring season. A bogeyless second round for Kashima bolstered a finish tied for 30th with Smith at two-over-par. Kusmierska, posting four birdies in round three, finished 68th at 10-over-par.
The Knights, now with five-fifth place or better finishes in the 2025-26 season, will head to Melbourne, Florida Feb. 15-17 for the Moon Golf Invitational.
