ORLANDO – UCF Women’s Golf caps off a historical fall season for the program, finishing top five in all four tournaments played. Ranked No. 12 in Scoreboard by Clippd’s ranking, this marks the Knights' highest rank in program history for Scoreboard’s ranking era.
Opening the season in Charleston, S.C. for the Cougar Classic, the Black and Gold finished fourth, posting 4-under par 848. Pimpisa Sisutham and Molly Smith finished tied for 12th at 211 (-2).
In Norman, Okla. for the Schooner Invitational, the Knights finished fifth, posting 5-under par 835. Sisutham and Smith led the field for the Black and Gold again this tournament. Sisutham tied for 11th at 3-under and Smith tied for 13th at 2-under.
UCF earned first place at the Illini Invitational in dominant fashion, finishing 32-under par, winning the tournament by 18 strokes. This team victory marks the first for the Knights since the Mercedes-Benz Intercollegiate in the 2023 fall season. Mila Jurine recorded her first collegiate victory scoring a 12-under 204. Smith was not far behind, finishing tied for second at 9-under 207. Tiffany Tsai finished in the top 10 too, tying for seventh recording a 6-under 210
Fall season finished in Wilmington, N.C. with a second place finish in the Landfall Tradition as one of only two teams to finish under par. The Knights finished above 11 other teams ranked in the Top 40 of Scoreboard by Clippd’s rankings. Sisutham and Jurine led the way, both tying for third, scoring five-under 67.
As spring season approaches, UCF eyes reaching the NCAA Regionals for the 10th straight season. The Knights remain home in Orlando to host the PDI Intercollegiate for the first tournament of the spring season.
