The field features programs from across Florida, including familiar foes FAU, FGCU, Florida State, Stetson, Florida and USF. Also joining the competition are several teams from Georgia, offering UCF fresh matchups they’ve yet to face this fall.
Last October, Hotze and Oliveira competed in the 2024 ITA Southeast Regionals in Athens, Georgia. Oliveira posted a 2–1 singles record, while Hotze went 1–1. Both players also notched wins in doubles play.
This year’s event will be a milestone for newcomer Pedro Rodrigues, who will make his collegiate debut as a Knight. Transfers Lemire and Abderrahman have already made their mark, picking up their first collegiate wins between the Carolina Classic, Bedford Cup, and most recently, the UCF Invitational.
