UCF Knight Talk presented by Island Wing Company is set to return Thursday night (Dec. 1) at the Island Wing Company near the campus of UCF.

Hosted by voice of the Knights Marc Daniels, UCF Knight Talk gives fans an opportunity to hear from head football coach Gus Malzahn and other guests, including Knight players, each week leading up to game day. Knight Talk will take place on Thursdays during normal Saturday game weeks--and two days prior to other non-Saturday game days.
ABOUT ISLAND WING COMPANY
The first Island Wing Company restaurant opened in 2012. The concept was created by a pair of free-thinking restaurant entrepreneurs who happen to love the island life. Together, the husband-and-wife team had spent the prior 15 years building a highly successful 300-unit restaurant chain based in Destin, Florida.
