ORLANDO - Five members of the UCF women's soccer team have been named to the 2022 Academic All-District Women's Soccer Team, selected by College Sports Communicators on Tuesday.
Caroline DeLisle, Olivia Lewis, Mallory Olsson, Darya Rajaee, and Kristen Scott were recognized for both athletic and academic excellency. This nomination means that the Knights are eligible to be part of the CSC Academic All-America Team. The first-, second-, and third-team Academic All-America honors will be announced in early December.
This award recognizes the country's top athletes based on their performances both on the field and in the classroom. To be nominated for the award, athletes must have been a starter or on the important reserve and have earned at least a 3.5 GPA for their entire academic career.
