Top 10 Gameday 'Need to Knows' for UCF Students

We're excited to celebrate gameday with the Knightmare.  Here are the top 10 things you need to know for attending a football game at FBC Mortgage Stadium:

  1. How to download your student pass: Follow this step-by-step guide – UCFStudentTix.com.

  1. Arrive Early! Claiming your student pass DOES NOT guarantee admission. Admission and seat location in the student section are first come, first served for the first 12,000 students. Arrive early. Student Gates open two hours prior to kickoff and capacity is expected to be reached.
        - Students can start claiming passes 10 days prior to each home game* - starting Monday, Aug. 22nd

  2. Don't forget your UCF I.D. – You must have your mobile student pass and a UCF I.D. to enter the game.

  3. Do not screenshot your student pass - Screen shot student passes will not be accepted. Make sure to add your pass to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay prior to arriving at the stadium.

  1. Student Gates (6-9) – The student gates are Gates 6-9, located on the north side of FBC Mortgage Stadium and open two hours before kickoff.  For added safety and security, all fans will be required to pass through metal detectors prior to entry into FBC Mortgage Stadium. For information and FAQs on (Walk Through) Contactless Metal Detectors Click here

  1. Student Line & Linegating – The student line will run out of Gates 6-9 and down Victory Drive, wrapping around the baseball stadium (see diagram below).  New in '22, Linegating - We all know the student line can be long, especially if you want the best seats. This year, UCF has partnered with Bounce House, Dunkin and Fat Shack to make your time in the line more fun.

  1. Student Section Location – The Knightmare student section is located in both end zones. The north end zone Knightmare sections consist of the upper and lower levels. The south end zone is just the lower level. There are no reserved seats in the student section, seating is first come, first served.

  1. Knightmare Society - Joining the Knightmare Society already offers a fast pass to all members on game days, which allows members to bypass the normal student line and enter through Gate 14. And now, just by joining, your UCF Football pass will automatically be loaded into your account on gameday – no need to claim, just save it to your digital wallet. To join the Knightmare Society click here.

  1. Parking (or riding) - Students who drive to campus on game days can park in a variety of garages and lots. While some garages and lots in the Gold Zone require permits, students can park for free in Garages A, B, and I, as well as surface parking lots B5, B6, B9 and H4. Click here to view the Gameday Parking Map. Gameday shuttles are also available from apartment complexes, the Downtown Campus and Rosen College.

  1. What to wear (UCFansWear) - Here is what color to wear for each home game this season.
