Knights in the Pros Update: January 18

ORLANDO – The NFL held its Super Wildcard Weekend this past Saturday, Sunday and Monday with five Varsity Knights in competition, including Gabriel Davis, who caught the first postseason touchdown of his career.

Davis finished with two catches for 41 yards and a 19-yard touchdown reception as the Buffalo Bills defeated the New England Patriots 47-17 to advance in the playoffs. He now has 14 touchdowns in just two seasons of professional football.
 


Mike Hughes and Breshad Perriman also advanced over the weekend. Hughes started at cornerback and had two tackles in the Kansas City Chiefs' 42-21 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers, while Perriman started at receiver and had one catch for five yards as the Tampa Bay Bucs defeated the Philadelphia Eagles 31-15.
