ORLANDO – While the UCF football team was winning at home again, with a 14-10 victory over Tulane, 13 Varsity Knights saw action in week 9 of the NFL season, including a pair of Jaguars in Shaquill Griffin and Matthew Wright that led Jacksonville to its second win of the season.
Griffin made three tackles and forced a fumble, while lead the Jags' defense to a standout performance against the Buffalo Bills. The Jags held Josh Allen and Buffalo to just six points in the 9-6 victory on Sunday.

Wright, meanwhile, was the only source of offense for Jacksonville, outscoring the Bills by himself. Wright hit a trio of field goals, including his third over 50 yards this season, to propel Jacksonville to the win.
