Women's Golf Wraps up Day One at Landfall Tradition

WILMINGTON, N.C. – The Knights wrapped up day one and round one of the Landfall Tradition on Friday tied for sixth place after the team shot a combined 293(+5). In sixth place, UCF currently leads No. 16 Florida State (tied for 13th place), No. 11 Wake Forest (eighth), Penn State and more.
 
UCF was led by senior Alyssa Lamoureux on Friday. The Seminole, Florida product opened the tournament with a 1-under 71 score to sit tied for seventh place.
 
Meanwhile, three Knights finished the first round of play tied for 27th place as Tunrada Piddon, Jess Baker and Zoe Allaux all turned in 74(+2) scores.

Rounding things out, sophomore Camille Banzet shot 75(+3) to sit tied for 45th place following the opening round of play.
