ORLANDO, Fla. – After splitting the weekend series on the road a week ago against No. 7 East Carolina, the UCF baseball team returns to The Kingdom for an eight-game stretch. The Knights will welcome Memphis to John Euliano Park on Friday for a doubleheader with a 2 p.m. first pitch. Saturday's game is scheduled for 4 p.m. and the series finale will come at 1 p.m.
Marc Daniels will have the call on ESPN+ and FM96.9/AM740 The Game.
Joe Skinner Knight
- On Friday, April 30, the Knights will honor UCF Baseball signee, Joe Skinner and the Skinner family.
- The UCF baseball team will wear special No. 38 gear pre-game and with a patch on the gameday hats.
- Special No. 38 merchandise to honor Joe Skinner will be available for purchase at the marketing table just inside the main gate on the concourse, and all funds from the sales will be given to the SkinnerStrong foundation.
Joe Skinner was a standout high school player who signed a National Letter of Intent to play for his hometown team. Sadly, Joe passed away from hypodiploid acute lymphoblastic leukemia in 2016 before playing for the Knights. His presence is still felt within the program.
