Women’s Golf Concludes Briar’s Creek Invitational

Johns Island, S.C. – The UCF women's golf team placed 10th out of 18 teams competing at the Briar's Creek Invitational. The two-day, 56-hole tournament suspended play on Monday with a few holes left in round two, which were completed along with the third round on Tuesday. UCF carded 900 (+36) as a team to finish in 10th place.
 
Tunrada Piddon led the Knights in three rounds, shooting a 223 (+7) to place T20, with her best round came on a 71 (-1) second round. Ana Laura Collado and Alyssa Lamoureux also shot 71 (-1) rounds in the three-round invitational, both carding their best round in the last 18-holes. Collado finished the tournament with a 225 (+9) to finish T30, and Lamoureux finished T46 shooting 228 (+12).
 
Freshman, Jess Baker also turned a 228 (+12) three-round performance, and rounding out the Knights lineup, Camille Banzet finished T58 with a 231 (+15).
