ORLANDO, Fla. – It may be the offseason for Alyssa Lamoureux and Camille Banzet, but the pair are in mid-season form after finishing strong in their latest event, the Women's Sunshine State Amateur 2020.
The pair of Knights wrapped up play at the event, which took place over three rounds of play at the Las Colinas Golf Course at Mission Inn Golf & Resort with Lamoureux finishing second and Banzet claiming third place.
Lamoureux finished with six total birdies for a final three-round score of 221 (+5), six strokes ahead of the medalist. Alyssa's strongest round coming on the final day of the tournament, shooting a 73 (+1) to clinch second place.
Not far behind Lamoureux was the French international, Camille Banzet, with a three-round score of 223 (+7) to claim third at the tournament. Banzet also carded her best round in her final round, shooting an even 72-par on the day.
