Piddon Leads Gators Invitational

ORLANDO, Fla. – With the first two rounds of the Gators Invitational in the book, UCF freshman Tunrana Piddon leads the field of 72 golfers with a score of 139 (-1). The Gators Invitational is behind hosted at the Mark Bostick Golf Course, a par 70, 6,002-yard course in Gainesville, Fla. As a team, the Knights finished day one in fourth place with a team score of 584 (+8), 12 strokes behind the tournament leader.

Following behind the Black and Gold leader Piddon, Alyssa Lamoureux is in second place for the Knights with a two-round score of 146 (+6).

Ana Laura Collado wrapped her first round with a 72 (+2), and put up a 77 (+7) in round two to put her T21 with a 149 (+9) to end the day.

Elizabeth Moon and Dimana Viudes finished within one stroke of each other, coming in with a 154 (+14) and 155 (+15) respectively. The Gators Invitational is the first tournament that Viudes is competing with the UCF starting five.

Competing as an individual, Chinatsu Kobayashi shot 155 (+15) in the first two rounds.
