ORLANDO (UCFKnights.com) – The UCF women's basketball team returns to action on Wednesday evening, heading to Tulsa for a midweek contest at the Reynolds Center.
The Knights (12-8, 4-4 The American) and the Golden Hurricane (6-16, 1-8 The American) tip at 8 p.m. ET on the American Digital Network.

KNIGHT NOTES
A second half adjustment led the UCF women's basketball team to a 67-57 win over SMU in Addition Financial Arena on Saturday afternoon.
The Knights are led offensively by Kay Kay Wright who averages 16.1 points per game, 4.5 assists per game and 2.2 steals per game.
The Knights have also seen a sophomore surge from Brittney Smith, who joins Wright as a double-digit scorer for the Black and Gold. Eleven double-digit performances, including a pair of 20-point games, bumped her to an 11.0 points per game scoring average. The Orlando native is also second in rebounding with 5.3 boards per game.
Masseny Kaba leads the Knights with 6.5 boards per game and has 18 blocks on the season while averaging 8.5 points per game. Sianni Martin is UCF's third-leading scorers with 8.8 points per game.
The Knights rank 31st nationally in turnovers forced at 19.90 per game. The Knights hold a 3.85 turnover margin which ranks 48th in the nation.
UCF leads The American and ranks 49th nationally with a 74.6 free throw percentage.
SCOUTING THE GOLDEN HURRICANE
Tulsa is 6-16 on the season with a 1-8 mark in league play. The Hurricane picked up a win over ECU in the Reynolds Center on Jan. 21.
Kendrian Elliott leads Tulsa, averaging nearly a double-double with 13.7 points per game and 8.8 rebounds per game. She also averages 1.6 blocks per game. Alexis Gaulden leads the Hurricane with 4.4 assists per game and 2.1 steals per game.
The Knights lead the all-time series 11-7 and have won the last four matchups.
