The UCF football team is set to return home for the final regular season game of the season. The Knights will host South Florida Friday at 8 p.m. in the annual War On I-4 Rivalry Series game with coverage on ESPN and FM 96.9 The Game.

ABOUT THE BULLS
• South Florida is in its third season under head coach Charlie Strong, who holds a record of 21-15 with the Bulls.

• This season, South Florida holds an overall record of 4-7 and has gone 2-5 in American Athletic Conference play. The Bulls have lost three home games in a row against Temple, Cincinnati and Memphis.

• Cronkrite has led the South Florida rushing attack with 687 yards and four touchdowns, while Jordan McCloud has thrown for 1,313 yards and 12 scores.

• On defense, Dwayne Boyles leads the Bulls with 68 tackles and 12.5 tackles for loss.

• The UCF vs. South Florida rivalry dates back to the 2005 season, but the official War On I-4 Rivalry Series dates back to just 2016.
• The Bulls wons the first round in 2016, but the Knights have won the last two in football in 2017 and 2018.
• UCF has won all three from a department-wide perspective, winning 51-33 in 2016-17, 49-35 in 2017-18, and 70-14 in 2018-19.

• The Knights have been dangerous on big plays in 2019, recording 95 total plays of 20 or more yards through 11 games
• Gabriel Davis leads the Knights with 21 explosive plays, including five touchdowns of 20 yards or more. In fact, Davis leads the nation in yards on deep passes (targeted 20+ yards) with 569 yards.
• Otis Anderson (16), Tre Nixon (13), Adrian Killins Jr. (11), Marlon Williams (10) and Bentavious Thompson (8) have all played a major role in the offensive explosion for UCF.
• Quarterback Dillon Gabriel ranks fourth in the nation in yards per completion (15.69) and ninth in yards per attempt (9.32).

• The UCF defense has been making it tough on offenses in 2019 with their ability to get pressure in the backfield.
• The Knights lead the nation with 9.4 tackles for loss per game, but it's been a team effort. Not a single UCF player has enough to even be ranked nationally.
• Defensive tackle Kenny Turnier leads the way with 13.0 tackles for loss, while linebacker Nate Evans has 11.5 and linebacker Eric Mitchell has 9.5. 
• In the win over Houston, UCF picked up a season-high 17 tackles for loss.
