ABOUT THE BEARCATS
• Cincinnati is in its third season under head coach Luke Fickell, who holds a record of 18-10 at the helm of the Bearcats.
• Fickell led Cincinnati to a record of 11-2 last season, but both losses came during conference play, including a road loss at UCF late in the season.
• So far in 2019, Cincinnati has defeated UCLA, Miami (Ohio) and Marshall, but lost 42-0 at Ohio State.
• Desmond Ridder has completed 64.3 percent of his passes and thrown eight touchdowns, while Michael Warren has rushed for 262 yards and four scores on the ground in 2019.

• The Knights were ranked 17th in both the Preseason AP Top 25 Poll and the Preseason Amway Coaches Poll prior to the start of the 2019 season and are currently 18th and 19th in the AP Poll and Coaches Poll, respectively.
• It marked the highest UCF has been ranked before the season, the second time being ranked prior to the season and the second straight year earning a preseason ranking.
• As it stands, UCF has been ranked in the Top 25 for 33 straight weeks, dating back to week 6 of the 2017 season. The Knights have been in the rankings 46 times in total with the first being week 11 of the 2010 season. UCF's highest ranking was six, the final ranking of the 2017 season.

• The Knights rank 122nd in the nation out of 130 teams ranked in 2019, but they don't care.
• UCF has held the ball on average for 26 minutes and 18 seconds per game, but the team is still outscoring its opponents 49.0-19.4.
• The Knights get it done with quick scoring drives. In fact, they have had 29 of their 36 offensive scoring drives under three minutes.
• Twenty-four of those have been under two minutes and 12 have been under a minute.

baking turnovers
• The UCF defense was very good at turning its opponents over the last two seasons, ranking sixth in the nation with 28 turnovers gained in 2018.
• In fact, the Knights had recorded at least one turnover in 32 straight games, dating back to 2016, a streak that led the nation by 14 games before it was snapped in week one.
• UCF was third in the nation with 14 fumbles recovered in 2018. Linebacker Nate Evans had two himself, returning one for a 94-yard touchdown at ECU.
• The Knights finished the 2018 campaign ranked third in the nation in turnover margin with a mark of 1.08, but had only come up with three turnovers in the first four games of 2019.
• That changed this past week when UCF used four turnovers to dismantle UConn. The Knights now rank 32nd in the nation with a 0.60 turnover margin.

Greg McCrae and Adrian Killins Jr. ranked first and second in UCF's record book for career yards per carry. McCrae has averaged 7.85 yards per rush in his career, while Killins holds a 5.93 yards per carry average.
