  • Coin Toss: UCF won the toss and elected to receive; Navy chose to defend the north end zone.

 

Team

  • UCF extended its win streak to 22 games, which leads the nation, and is a program and American Athletic Conference record
  • The Knights also extended their home win streak to 13 games, a program record
  • UCF now has a streak of 22 games of scoring 30 points or more, which leads the nation
  • UCF now leads the all-time series against Navy 2-0
  • The Knights scored first, snapping a streak of four straight games of their opponent scoring first
  • UCF is now 27-12 on homecoming

 

Offense

  • Greg McCrae found the end zone for his fourth rushing touchdown of the season
  • Taj McGowan also scored on the ground, his sixth of the season and 17th of his career
  • McKenzie Milton has now thrown a touchdown pass in 22 straight games, which ties him with Daunte Culpepper for the second longest such streak in program history
  • Dredrick Snelson caught his fourth and fifth touchdowns of the season and the 14th and 15th of his career
  • It marked his first multi-td game since Dec. 2, 2017 in The American Championship, and the fourth time overall in his career
  • Milton rushed for 62 yards in the game, passing Daunte Culpepper for the most rushing yards in a career by a UCF quarterback
  • He also rushed for his eighth rushing touchdown of the season, the 19th of his career, which moves him into a tie for ninth all-time
  • Milton recorded his sixth multi-passing touchdown game of the season when he found Snelson for the second time on the day

 

Defense

  • The Knights have now forced at least one turnover in all nine games this season and the last 28 games, dating back to 2016, a streak that leads the nation
  • Richie Grant forced his third fumble of the season and the fourth of his career
  • Pat Jasinski recovered a fumble, his first of the season and the second of his career
  • Navy scored a touchdown in the third quarter, just the third time the Knights have given up a third quarter touchdown this season
  • Richie Grant led the way with a career high 16 tackles
  • Nate Evans tied a career high with 11 tackles, his third game with double digit tackles

 

Special Teams

  • Matthew Wright extended his all-time scoring mark with five extra points, now totaling 345 points in his career
