Entering the championship, UCF has amassed 54 personal best performances during the course of the outdoor season. All 11 Knights that have competed in the 200-meter dash have improved their marks in the event.
In addition to countless PRs, UCF saw a new record in the hammer throw
Freshman Shaniya Williams ranks eighth in the league in the 100m and 10th in the 200m. Rosie Chamberlain, the 2016 800m champion, has the second-best mark in the event heading into the weekend. Ebony Crear holds the fourth-best time in the 400m hurdles.
In the high jump, Natosha Jordan's personal best mark of 5-9.25 ranks fourth in the conference.
UCF's throws look to continue the trend of collecting points at conference. Both Gabby Durant and Jhane' Carter are among the top six in the hammer throw, and a trio of Knights are among the top 12 in the shot put.
