ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – After a couple weeks of practice, the Knights played their first fall game on Sept. 29 against Seminole State and posted a 3-1 victory at the UCF Softball Complex. Eight newcomers helped UCF pound out 13 hits and saw their first action with the Black and Gold in the contest.
 
Assistant Coach Trena Prater, who joined the program in August, also made her debut on the field for the Knights. Coach Prater along with newcomers Hayley Bejarano, Erin Emanuel, Ally Murakin and Kaitlyn Jensen recap their first game at UCF in the video above.
 
UCF continues its fall slate on this weekend with four games at Soldier's Creek Park in Longwood, Fla. The Knights play Warner and Broward College on Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. before facing Bethune-Cookman and College of Central Florida on Sunday at 4 p.m.
