ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) – UCF concludes its seven-game road trip with a three-game set at Memphis. The series opener is set for Friday at 6 p.m. ET.
 
The Knights and Tigers also take the field at 3 p.m. Saturday and 1 p.m. Sunday.

UCF
After a 4-0 setback on Apr. 5 at FAU, UCF (19-17) looks to improve its 3-3 mark in The American. The Knights took the series, 2-1, at East Carolina in their last conference outing.
 
UCF is led at the plate by senior Linnea Goodman with eight doubles and a .349 batting average.  Sophomore Cassady Brewer has posted a .343 batting average with a team-best 19 RBI and two homers. A total of seven doubles, two homers and 18 RBI have been registered by junior Courtney Rotton.
 
The Knights have tallied 64 stolen bases on the season. Senior Linnea Goodman (41) and junior Megan Greenwell (32) are inside the top 10 in the program's career charts.
 
A perfect final six outs at FAU was recorded by senior Manami Calixto (2-2), who has 15 strikeouts in 30 innings. Freshman Alea White (12-11) has struck out 64 batters in 130.0 innings, while classmate Kamryn Toney (4-3) has fanned 31 hitters over 58.1 frames of work.
 
Memphis
The Tigers have registered a 22-16 overall and 3-3 conference mark. Memphis won its series, 2-1, against East Carolina, but only took one of three contests at Tulsa.
 
The pair of Lindsey Crowdus and Kyler Trosclair pace the Tigers at the plate with .472 and .421 batting averages, respectively. Crowdus is among the NCAA leaders with eight triples, and paces the squad with 20 RBI.
 
Memphis has been active on the base paths, swiping 93 bases, and are led by Trosclair (25) and Crowdus (24).
 
A combined 14-14 mark and 2.18 ERA has been tallied by the duo of Christian Novak and Molly Smith. Novak has recorded 83 strikeouts in 100.0 innings, while Smith has fanned 68 in 89.1 frames of work.
 
Series History
UCF has a 20-13 overall mark in the all-time series against Memphis and has won eight of the last nine matchups. The Tigers have been successful on their own home field though, posting a 9-6 mark. The Knights hold a 13-4 record in meetings in Orlando.
