World-Class Facilities
The USTA’s Collegiate Center, the home of UCF Tennis, will feature 12 hard courts with seating capacity for 1,200 spectators. The Center also will feature a pavilion that includes concessions and locker rooms. UCF and the USTA jointly aim to host many NCAA Tennis National Championships in the future at the Collegiate Center. Our partnership with the USTA and presence at its National Campus at Lake Nona will provide unparalleled exposure for UCF Tennis.

Excellent Coaches
John Roddick
Director of Tennis
In the spring of 2016, UCF recruited John Roddick to serve as the Director of Tennis and lead our men’s tennis program. Bryan Koniecko was also selected to lead our women’s program. John Roddick recently served as the head men’s tennis coach at the University of Oklahoma for seven seasons. He has been one of the most successful collegiate tennis coaches in the nation during his seven-year tenure with the Sooners.
Roddick led OU to a third consecutive NCAA Division I runner-up in 2016, was named Intercollegiate Tennis Association (ITA) National Coach of the Year in 2014 and was voted Big 12 Conference Coach of the Year four times.
Bryan Koniecko served as the men's tennis head coach at Brown for two seasons where he totaled 24 victories and garnered ITA All-Academic Team accolades following each campaign. He also spent two seasons as an assistant coach for the Ohio State women's team.
