ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The second round of the Tavistock Collegiate Invitational saw the Knights drop one spot to 14th, despite strong rounds from sophomores Manuel Elvira and Juuso Kahlos.
Elvira notched four birdies on the day and shot one-over par while Kahlos carded a round of +2 playing his first nine holes at even par. Those two are tied for 28th among individuals heading into Tuesday's final round.
The trio of freshman, Thomas Le Berre (T65), Andrew Arft (T70) and Donnie Trosper (T70) rounded out the lineup for the Knights.
California (-7) continues to hold a nine-shot lead over the field while Illinois (+2) and Arizona State (+3) are battling for second.
