ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - The UCF men's tennis team extended its winning streak to four matches with a 5-2 win over Florida A&M at the UCF Tennis Complex Saturday morning.

Sophomore Reece Acree and freshman Tyler Pate opened the match with a 6-1 win at No. 3 doubles to start things rolling for the Knights. Junior Jose Sangroniz and sophomore Arjun Watane clinched the doubles point for UCF with a 6-4 win at No. 2 doubles.

Arjun Watane carried the momentum into singles action, extending UCF's lead to 2-0 with a straight set win on court six. Sophomore Mariano Porter moved up to No. 2 singles, earning a 6-3, 6-1 win to give the Knights a 3-0 advantage.

Tyler Pate clinched the UCF victory with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 5 singles. The Rattlers collected wins on courts one and two, but Jesse Flores closed the match with a 6-4, 6-2 win at No. 3 singles.

UCF returns to the UCF Tennis Complex on Thursday, hosting Drexel at 2 p.m.
