LAKE BUENA VISTA, Fla. (UCFKnights.com) - Four Knights were in action Saturday as play continued at the USTA Clay Court Invitational at Disney's Wide World of Sports. The UCF players were competing in singles consolation play.
Inaki Espindola, Amar Hromic, Jose Sangroniz and Jesse Flores were all unable to post victories Saturday.
Down in Fort Myers, two Knights enjoyed more success at the FGCU Fall Invitational. Reece Acree and Chris Barrus recorded two doubles wins to advance to the green bracket title match Sunday. The pair will face Miami's William Albanese and Jack Murphy.
