ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - With a decorated regular season in the books, the No. 20 UCF men's golf team will compete starting Sunday for its fourth-consecutive Conference USA title and third straight under head coach Bryce Wallor. The three-day tournament will feature one round per day at the Texarkana Country Club in Texarkana, Ark.

The Knights won three tournaments this season, which is the most they have won under Wallor. Throughout the season, he has reminded them to look at the big picture and set their sights on another Conference USA Tournament victory.

Brad Schneider, the Knights' lone senior, is tied with sophomore Ricardo Gouveia for the team lead with five top-10 finishes this season. Schneider has mentored his younger teammates all season. If UCF wins the tournament, he will be the first Knight to win the Conference USA Tournament each season he played.

Gouveia's strong play in his first season as a Knight has netted him the top scoring average on the team. Sophomore Jose Joia has provided a big spark in his first season as well. Joia has played in every tournament, and he shot a 65 (-7) for the team's lowest round of the season. Both Gouveia and Joia will be participating in the Conference USA Tournament for the first time.

Competing in the tournament for the second time will be sophomores Greg Eason and Kyle Wilshire. Eason shot 210 (-6) to finish second and lead the Knights in last year's tournament. Wilshire shot even par in each of the final two rounds.
