ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - One day after being named to the Conference USA Women's Soccer All-Academic First Team, UCF junior Tishia Jewell (Satellite Beach, Fla.) was named to the CoSIDA Academic All District 4 First Team Friday. Earlier this week, Jewell was also named to the All-C-USA First Team.

Jewell is pursuing her master's degree in non-profit management. She earned her undergraduate degree in psychology in two years and boasted a 3.72 cumulative grade-point-average.

She has appeared in all 20 games for the Knights this season and leads C-USA with eight assists. The forward also has six goals on the year for 20 points.

The CoSIDA Academic All-District 4 First Team and C-USA All-Academic Team honors are the first for Jewell. She has been named to the C-USA Commissioner's Academic Honor Roll each year during her time as a Knight.
