Tulloch Named to National Team of the Week

ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - After totaling seven points in a pair of UCF victories, sophomore McKauly Tulloch earned a spot on the TopDrawerSoccer.com Men's College Team of the Week. Tulloch recorded three goals and an assist in helping the Knights, who are ranked 12th nationally, improve to 5-0 on the season.

He was one of nine players nationally to earn a spot on the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week.

On Sunday, Tulloch scored two goals as the Knights crushed host Mercer, 5-2. He also assisted on a score from senior Cameron Cooksey (Marietta, Ga.). Tulloch also recorded a goal Wednesday as the Knights blanked visiting North Florida, 3-0. He attempted 13 shots during the week.

Tulloch, who is in his first campaign at UCF after transferring from Akron, has eight goals and two assists in 2011. He paces Conference USA, averaging 3.60 points per contest.
