ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - The UCF men's golf team is in Mississippi to compete in the BancorpSouth Invitational, which starts Monday. This two-day, three-round tournament takes place at the Reunion Golf and Country Club in Madison, Miss.
The tournament, hosted by Ole Miss, will feature 15 teams from around the southeast including Mississippi State and Conference USA rivals Rice and Southern Miss.
Competing for the Knights are senior Nuno Henriques (Funchal, Portugal), juniors Connor Arendell (Cape Coral, Fla.) and Brad Schneider (Valrico, Fla.), sophomore Reid Martin (Mukilteo, Wash.) and freshman Greg Eason (Leicester City, England).
Two Knights, Schneider and Arendell, recorded top-20 finishes at the event a year ago, earning the Knights a seventh place finish.
This will serve as the final event of the regular season for UCF who will head to Texarkana, Ark., for the C-USA Championship April 24-26.
