ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Holding a 9-2-3 record and a 4-0-2 mark in Conference USA, the No. 18 UCF women's soccer team concludes its regular-season road schedule when it faces Colorado College Friday at 6 p.m. ET and UTEP Sunday at 2 p.m. ET. The Knights are in second place in the C-USA standings as they are searching for a spot in the league's six-team postseason tournament held on the UCF campus Nov. 3-7.

UCF is 13-0-2 in its last 15 C-USA regular-season matches, while it also stands at 5-0-3 in its previous eight matches this year.

One of the biggest scoring threats in C-USA in 2010, sophomore Tishia Jewell not only has scored a team-high seven goals, but she has been setting up plenty of goals as well. The Satellite Beach native ranks third in the nation with eight assists, and also places 23rd in the country with 23 overall points.

Six other Knights have scored at least two goals this season, including Katie Jackson and Kim Newsome who each have six.

Colorado College stands at 5-5-4 on the year but has suffered a 1-4-1 C-USA record so far. Of those four losses, three of them were by one-goal margins, and the Tigers have surrendered more than two goals in a match just three times. Tiffany Brown leads all players with 12 points, and keeper Caitlin Hulyo owns a 0.86 goals-against average with five shutouts.

UTEP got off to an impressive start in 2010, holding a 9-1-0 record and 2-0-0 mark in league play but have since gone 0-4-0 with shutout losses to Rice, Houston, SMU and Tulsa. Even though they have not scored a goal since Sept. 26, the Miners are 7-1-0 at home and have outscored opponents 38-14 this year. Brittany Kindzierski has amassed 10 goals on the attack, and Chandra Morden has started 13 matches in net and carries a 1.01 GAA.

Against the Tigers, UCF claims a 4-1-1 record in the series, while UTEP is one of only two teams in C-USA which owns a winning record vs. the Knights as the Miners are 3-2-1 in the all-time series.
