ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Head coach Kirk Speraw and the Knights are asking UCF students to select the design for this year's Knightmare t-shirts. Voting is currently underway at UCFAthletics.com.
Voting will conclude on Dec. 1. The winning design will appear on t-shirts that will be distributed to students before the Knights' Jan. 13 Conference USA contest against Marshall. UCF's student section at the UCF Arena is dubbed The Knightmare.
"The Knightmare is by far the best student section in Conference USA. They give our guys so much support each and every home game," Speraw said. "The students make it very tough on our opponents and help create a great atmosphere for all fans at the arena."
When UCF opens the regular season on Nov. 13 hosting Massachusetts, the first 2,000 students inside the arena will receive Knightmare headbands. Students are admitted free to all home games with a valid school ID.
Season tickets for the 2009-10, which start at only $79, are currently available by calling (407) UCF-1000 or by visiting UCFAthletics.com.
