ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Before the Knights face Marshall at Bright House Networks Stadium on Sunday, Nov. 1, fans can head to the UCF Arena for UCF Basketball Pregame Madness. The free hour-long event, which will begin at 5 p.m., will feature a men's team inter-squad scrimmage, an autograph session and the opportunity to select your season ticket location for the upcoming season.

Pregame madness will provide fans with their first look at the 2009-10 Knights. Head coach Kirk Speraw's team returns several key letterwinners from a year ago, including junior forward A.J. Tyler (Palm Harbor, Fla.) and sophomore guards A.J. Rompza (Chicago, Ill.) and Isaac Sosa (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico).

UCF's freshman class, led by forward Keith Clanton (Orlando, Fla.) and guard Marcus Jordan (Highland Park, Ill.), is considered to be one of the strongest recruiting classes in program history. The rookies will take the UCF Arena court for the first time during pregame madness.

UCF ticket sales office representatives will be on hand for the select-a-seat portion of the event. Fans interested in learning more about season-ticket opportunities should head to the ticket sales table in the front lobby of the arena. Season tickets start at just $79.

After a short scrimmage, members of both the UCF men's and women's teams will sign autographs. Free schedule posters will be available at the event.

Speraw's squad will open the regular season on Nov. 13, hosting Massachusetts. The team will play 15 contests at the UCF Arena this year. The women's home opener is set for Nov. 20 against Bethune-Cookman.
