ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - Fans can get a behind-the-scenes look at the Knights' strength and conditioning program on this week's edition of UCF Sports Today with Kirk Speraw. The 30-minute program will air on UCF TV at 12:30 p.m. and statewide on Sun Sports at 4 p.m.
Strength and conditioning coach B.J. Faulk, senior center Kenrick Zondervan (Hoofddorp, Holland) and freshman guards A.J. Rompza (Chicago, Ill.) and Isaac Sosa (Guaynabo, Puerto Rico) will appear on the show to discuss UCF's gains in the weight room.
This week's show will also include a preview of UCF's Conference USA contest at UTEP, which is slated for Wednesday evening.
UCF Sports Today with Kirk Speraw is hosted by UCF's radio voice, Marc Daniels. Tuesday's episode includes music from Leone and its song "Button," plus The Dropa Stone's track "Pattern Nation." For more information on the bands, visit LeoneMusic.com and MySpace.com/thedropastone.
