ORLANDO, Fla. (UCFAthletics.com) - This week's edition of UCF Sports Today with Kirk Speraw, which debuts Tuesday, will include a look at the top student section in Conference USA: the Knightmare. The 30-minute program is set to air on UCF TV at 12:30 p.m. and statewide on Sun Sports at 4 p.m.
The Knightmare was created last season, which served as the Knights' first campaign inside the UCF Arena. This year, the support from the students has helped UCF post an 11-1 mark at home.
This week's episode will also include highlights from UCF's C-USA victories over SMU and Tulane. The Knights, who have won five-consecutive contests, are 15-6 overall and 5-2 in league play.
UCF Sports Today with Kirk Speraw is hosted by UCF's radio voice, Marc Daniels. Speraw will join Daniels on the episode to preview his team's Wednesday contest with Houston at the UCF Arena. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m. and fans are encouraged to come to the arena armored in white to support the Knights.
