? A day after matching his best output with 34 points against Penn, Jermaine Taylor established a career high with 38 points in Tuesday's victory. Taylor now has four 30-point performances in 2008-09.
? Taylor garnered UCF Holiday Classic MVP honors for the second-consecutive season. A year ago, he averaged 20.5 points in a pair of UCF victories at the event.

? Kenrick Zondervan made his 70th career start for the Knights Tuesday evening. Zondervan matched his season high by grabbing seven boards to go with 10 points.
? In only seven minutes of action, Jakub Kusmieruk recorded a career-high eight points. He also added two rebounds, a steal and his first career blocked shot.
