? The loss snapped a three-game winning streak for UCF against the Thundering Herd. The Knights won both series matchups a year ago and also took a 77-63 win over visiting Marshall on Feb. 6.

? UCF made seven 3-pointers in the second half to finish with 10 for the game. The squad has hit at least 10 treys in back-to-back games.

? After shooting just 29.6 percent overall in the first half, UCF shot 50 percent after intermission.

? The Thundering Herd made 32 trips to the free-throw line, compared to 18 for UCF.

? Mike O'Donnell paced the Knights with 20 points. The performance marked the second-straight game that the senior guard scored 20 or more points for the Knights. He totaled 22 points against East Carolina on Wednesday.

? With four treys against the Thundering Herd, O'Donnell is now eighth on UCF's single-season register with 69 3-pointers. He is tied with Patrick Butts, who also connected on 69 triples in 1994-95.

? In 14 minutes off of the bench, Mike Battle hit a pair of 3-pointers and finished with eight points and three rebounds.

? Dave Noel's eight rebounds were one shy of matching his career high. He has paced the squad on the glass in two of its last three games.

? After missing the last seven contests due to an injury, Stanley Billings played 19 minutes in a reserve role at Marshall. He totaled three points and three rebounds.

? UCF recorded 15 assists during the game and has now posted at least 15 assists in five of its last six contests.

? Noel led all players with five assists, while O'Donnell chipped in with four.
