ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - UCF men's basketball fans are encouraged to attend the Kirk Speraw Call-In Show on Monday evening at the Applebee's on University Boulevard near campus. The hour-long program, which airs live on the UCF-ISP Sports Network and 740 AM in Orlando, begins at 6 p.m.
Speraw, the Knights' head coach, will join host Marc Daniels to discuss his team. UCF is 10-7 overall and 3-0 in Conference USA play after posting a 71-66 win at East Carolina on Saturday.
UCF's next contest is slated for Wednesday against UTEP at the new UCF Arena. Tip-off is set for 7 p.m.
The Knights are 7-2 at the new arena this season. When the team hosted Tulsa in the inaugural C-USA game at the facility on Jan. 12, a school-record 7,097 fans were on hand.
The UCF Athletics Association is currently offering a pair of special ticket deals. The C-USA Pack includes tickets to all seven of the Knights' remaining C-USA games for $105.
The 3-Point Pack provides fans with tickets to games against UAB (Jan. 30), Houston (Feb. 2) and Rice (March 1) for $39. That package also includes a ticket to the UCF women's game versus East Carolina prior to the men's contest on Feb. 2.
