TAMPA, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The UCF men's soccer team settled for a 2-2 regulation tie against the University Tampa in the Knights' final exhibition match of the spring season on Wednesday night.

UCF's first goal came from sophomore Ryan Roushandel (Atlanta, Ga./The Marist School) with an assist to junior James Georgeff (New Castle, Australia). Freshman Cam Jordan (Fort Wayne, Ind./Canterbury HS) scored the second tally off an assist from sophomore Jake Howard (Lakeland, Fla./George Jenkins HS). Tampa's two goals came off set pieces.

"This spring we had the opportunity to play four professional teams from Major League Soccer and Sweden and two good college teams," said UCF head coach Bryan Cunningham. "We'll use these matches as building blocks for the fall."
