ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - "UCF Sports Today" with men's basketball head coach Kirk Speraw will air this Friday at 5:30 p.m. on Sun Sports. This week's edition will feature a story on the Golden Knights' support staff.
The program will show highlights from UCF's (18-6, 7-4 Conference USA) victory over Marshall on Saturday and its contest at Tulane on Wednesday. The feature package will contain a look at the program's sports medicine, equipment and strength and conditioning staffs.
Speraw and host Marc Daniels will review the week that was for UCF and also talk about senior forward Josh Peppers (Memphis, Tenn./Whitehaven), who earned C-USA Player of the Week honors on Monday. The pair will also preview the Golden Knights' contest at Rice on Saturday.
UCF's next home contest is set for Wednesday, Feb. 21 versus Southern Miss at 8 p.m. The Golden Knights are currently tied with Rice for third in the league standings.
