ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - UCF men's basketball head coach Kirk Speraw will talk Golden Knights hoops when the "Cingular Wireless Knights Roundtable" radio show airs Monday. The hour-long program on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740 THE TEAM in Orlando, is broadcast live from the Applebee's on University Boulevard near the UCF campus, starting at 6 p.m.
Speraw and host Marc Daniels will discuss UCF's upcoming games and look back to the team's 63-53 win over Tulsa on Saturday. The Golden Knights, who are 16-6 overall and 5-3 in Conference USA play, face host East Carolina at 7 p.m. on Wednesday.
UCF has already eclipsed its victory total from a year ago. Along with Houston and Rice, the squad is tied for second in the C-USA standings.
The Golden Knights' next home contest is set for Saturday, Feb. 10 versus Marshall. Tip-off at the UCF Arena is scheduled for noon. The game will be televised live regionally on Comcast Sports South.
