ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The "Cingular Wireless Knights Roundtable" radio show featuring UCF men's basketball head coach Kirk Speraw makes its season debut Monday evening at 6 p.m. The hour-long program airs on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740 THE TEAM in Orlando.
The show, which is hosted by Marc Daniels, is broadcast live each Monday from the Applebee's on University Boulevard near the UCF campus.
Fans have the opportunity to ask Speraw questions about the Golden Knights in-person or via the telephone. Cingular customers can dial #740 to join the program. Fans can also call-in at 407-916-8255 and 1-800-729-8255.
The 11-3 Golden Knights open Conference USA play on Wednesday, Jan. 10 at UAB. UCF has won four of its last five contests.
The squad's next home game is slated for Wednesday, Jan. 17 against Conference USA foe SMU at 7:30 p.m. at the UCF Arena.
