ORLANDO, Fla. (www.ucfathletics.com) - The "Cingular Wireless Knights Roundtable" radio show featuring UCF men's basketball head coach Kirk Speraw makes its season debut this Monday at 6 p.m. The program will be broadcast on the UCF ISP Sports Network and its flagship station, 740 THE TEAM in Orlando.
The show airs live from the Applebee's on University Boulevard near the UCF campus.
Fans have the opportunity to ask Speraw questions about the Golden Knights in-person or via the telephone. Cingular customers can dial #740 to join the program. Fans can also call-in at 407-916-8255 and 1-800-729-8255.
The hour-long program will run each Monday with the last show of the season scheduled for March 12. Marc Daniels will again host the show, which can also be heard at www.ucfathletics.com.
This year, UCF is off to an impressive 10-3 start. The team has won three of its last four games.
The Golden Knights return to the hardwood on Saturday, facing host South Dakota State. The squad's next home game is slated for Wednesday, Jan. 17 against Conference USA foe SMU at 7:30 p.m. at the UCF Arena.
