UCF-Florida Game Notes

? Safety Sha'reff Rashad played a role in the first three UCF turnovers this season. The sophomore forced a Percy Harvin fumble in the first quarter and picked off a Chris Leak pass in the third quarter for his second interception of the season. Rashad had UCF's only turnover in the season-opening win over Villanova with the second interception of his career. The fourth turnover of the season and third of the game was a fumble forced and recovered by Rex Hill in the third quarter.

? Senior Kareem Reid and junior Rex Hill both recovered the first fumbles of their careers. Hill also forced the first fumble of his career.

? Freshman Travis Timmons recorded his first career interception in the fourth quarter.

? This is the 12th time UCF has faced an SEC opponent with all games coming on the road. UCF's only win in those 11 previous meetings, a 40-38 victory over Alabama, was in 2000.

? The crowd of 90,210 was the third-highest total to watch a UCF football game trailing only two trips to State College, Pa. vs. Penn State (103,029 in 2002 and 101,715 in 2004).

? UCF is 0-16 against AP-ranked opponents all-time, including a 0-12 mark on the road and 0-4 at home. Nine of the 16 have come against the top-10. The last ranked opponent UCF faced was two years ago when it hosted West Virginia at the Citrus Bowl on Sept. 11, 2004.

? This game marks the 300th in school history for the Golden Knights.
