Will Oster joined the UCF Athletic Association in August 2021 as assistant director for facilities and event management and was promoted in January 2024 to associate director. In his role, he is the lead game administrator for volleyball and baseball events.
Will came to Orlando after spending two years at the University of Georgia in various event and facility related roles. While in Athens, he was also heavily involved with the football program from an operations standpoint, including serving as the visiting team liaison for the 2019 season.
Prior to his time in Athens, Oster was a baseball operations intern with USA Baseball for both the 12U National Team as well as the Women’s National Team, which won the gold medal in the 2019 COPABE Pan-American Games. Additionally, he worked with the Atlanta Braves in an Event Operations role in 2018.
The Americus, Georgia native is a 2018 and 2020 graduate of the University of Georgia.
