Tatyana Kimble joined the UCF Athletics Association as assistant director of performance nutrition in the Spring of 2022. Her responsibilities include working with Olympic sports teams in various capacities including, but not limited to, staffing and stocking the fueling stations, liaison for Garvy Nutrition Center, providing team and staff nutrition seminars, and providing individual consultations.
Before joining UCF, Kimble completed sports nutrition and performance internships with fitness and wellness organization EXOS where she worked with MLB and NFL combine and pro athletes. She also worked at the University of North Texas primarily with the women’s basketball and volleyball teams. She also served as a clinical inpatient dietitian for Aramark.
Kimble earned her bachelor’s degree in nutrition and dietetics from the University of North Florida and a master’s degree in exercise and sport nutrition from Texas Women’s University. She is a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and the Collegiate and Professional Sports Dietitians Association and is ServSafe certified.
