Spencer Laughlin joined UCF Athletics in August of 2019 as a Graduate Assistant in Experiential Innovation. He received his bachelors degree from the University of Kansas in Sport Management with a minor in Business Administration in 2019.
During his undergraduate term at Kansas, Spencer was an intern with the Marketing & Fan Experience Department with Kansas Athletics. As an intern, Spencer oversaw the Kansas Women’s Tennis team for the 2019 season. Spencer also worked for the Kansas City Royals as a member of the Game Crew in the Event Presentation & Production Department for the 2018 MLB season.
Now as Graduate Assistant of Experiential Innovation with UCF Athletics, Spencer is the lead for Men’s Soccer, Softball, and Football Fan Services.
