Sarah Hill is an Assistant Director in Academic Services for Student-Athletes (ASSA) and has been working at UCF since the fall of 2000. Currently, Hill serves as the lead advisor for the women's basketball, women's soccer and novice rowing teams.
Along with her advising duties, Hill is an adjunct instructor in the College of Education and coordinates the VCC prep courses program.
During her tenure at UCF, Hill has earned four Golden Apple Inspiration awards from her student-athletes. Last year, under Hill's guidance, the UCF women's basketball team earned an APR score of 1000, and was honored with the 2009 Most Improved GPA award.
Hill received her bachelor's degree in sociology from Arkansas State University. During this time she was a member of the track and field team competing in the long and triple jump. After graduation, she became an assistant coach of the men and women's track and field teams at her alma mater. Hill also received her master's degree in sociology from Arkansas State University.
Hill and her husband Isaac have three children- Isaac Jr., Samarah and Victoria.
