Sami Hameid joined the UCF Ticket Sales and Service team in August 2025. He comes to Orlando with nearly a decade’s worth of experience in professional sports.
Hameid got his start as a ticket sales representative in 2018 for the Golden State Warriors. He went on to work as an account executive for the Carolina Panthers (2019-20), Sporting Kansas City (2021), Boston Bruins (2021-24) and most recently the Detroit Lions (24-25).
Hameid earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management from Drexel University in Philadelphia.
