An alumnus and four-year letterwinner of the UCF cheerleading program, Ryan Rinaldi returns as an assistant coach. During his undergraduate years, he was the recipient of numerous awards including the prestigious team Leadership Award in 1999 and 2000. In 1999, Rinaldi helped lead UCF to a third place finish at the national championships.
While at UCF and as a head instructor for the Universal Cheerleaders Association, Rinaldi worked with many of Central Florida[apos]s premier cheer programs. Upon graduation in 2000, he took a position as the operations manager of University Cheer and Tumble Sports and University Cheer Force All-Stars, where he guided their programs to state and national championships. That same year Rinaldi returned to UCF as an assistant coach and was an integral part in the team[apos]s success in winning the 2003 Division IA National Championship.
