Rodney Hill was named Assistant Director of Sports Performance at UCF in December of 2017.
Hill comes to UCF after spending the 2017 season with the NFL's New York Giants. He spent a year as the Director of Strength and Conditioning at Howard University prior to working with the Giants.
Hill has also served as a graduate assistant strength and conditioning coach at Mercer University and as an intern at Penn State.
Hill was on the coaching staff, working with the defensive line, for one season at Kutztown University. He started in coaching as a strength and conditioning intern at Howard, his alma mater. With the Bison as a student-athlete, Hill was a three-year starter on the defensive line.
Hill graduated from Howard in 2013 with a degree in human performance with a concentration in sports medicine and a minor in chemistry.
